About Hemel Athletic Youth FC
Hemel Athletic Youth FC, founded in 2003, is a community‑focused football club providing opportunities for boys and girls from U5 to U16. We are run entirely by volunteers and committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all players.
Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is built around player development, enjoyment, and respect. We believe every child should have the opportunity to learn, grow, and fall in love with football in a positive and supportive environment.
Player Pathway
Our pathway supports players from their first football experiences in our U5–U6 Kickers programme through to competitive youth football up to U16. We focus on age‑appropriate coaching, long‑term development, and helping every player reach their potential while failing in love with the game.

Training & Facilities
We train at local pitches across Hemel Hempstead, using safe, well‑maintained facilities suitable for all age groups. Training sessions are designed to be engaging, challenging, and enjoyable.
